Greatly depends on your agency, job, and supervisor. You can inquire that during a job interview or directly with your supervisor. I know someone who works at GSA and only goes in once a month. I also know someone who works for DOD and goes in everyday.

However, post-pandemic, I do believe that telework will become the norm when compared with pre-pandemic. I do believe that agencies will be much more flexible (especially with the new Administration, as the previous Admin was against telework).

As an additional note, GSA is always known to be extremely telework friendly.
